The purpose of collecting this information is to facilitate your use of the product. When we process such information, we generally act as a processor and you the customer acts as data controller except in certain cases where we have to perform trouble shooting or detect problems. Such information will be stored on our systems so long as you are using our SAAS services and software application. Any such collection of information is at your own expense.
