Are my Technicians overlapping when it comes to travelling to customers?

• By setting the travel catchment time you can quickly identify if customers can be reached by other technicians who are closer by accurate drive time
• In some instances, there maybe 3 or more Technicians that can easily reach the same customer – spot who they are using the Line Bubble chart
• Finally, understand how many customers are assigned to each Technician using the Line chart

Are my Technicians taking the most effective routes?

• Collate each of the Technician routes and using the filter box easily see the route taken in the Map View
• By utilizing the Route optimisation back end, every route selected will go through a process of calculating thousands of different routes to determine the most effective one.
• Answer different questions on the route – such as what if I was to increase the number of vehicles? Or what is the value cost of the route as well as the time

What is the travel reachability of my Technicians across the country?

• Using 25 minutes drive time, visually see through isochrones how far each technician can drive to. Drill from Region to District and to Ward
• Bring in other KPI data (eg volumes and targets) and connect to the Map using the Region / District hierarchy
• Analyse the Technician numbers individually and identify those that are being impacted by other Technicians through the scatter plot
